I wrote last month that I believe we are transitioning into a sellers market, and are at the beginning of a 7-10 year upswing in Real Estate. Well, last week I was fortunate enough to met with Dr. Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist for the National Association of Realtors. Dr. Yun shared a lot of statistical data which supports my position. I will not bore you with detailed statistical analysis, but I do want to share a few key points that will help you when the right time to move is for you.Pending home sales is currently at a 5 year high, and are on track to sell just under 5 million homes in 2013. That number is projected to increase to 5.3M and 5.7M over the next two years. Combine that with new home building at a 50 year low, and pent up buyer demand, and you have yourself a recipe for increased values. In our area, it I expected for home valued to increase 13% by the end of 2014. That’s good news, right? If you actually would like in depth detail on all of Dr. Yun’s analysis, send me an email and I will share a link to his presentation.I hope you find this information helpful. My goal is to provide you with the most up-to-date information available so that you can be as informed as you possibly can.

"Having Kelly in our corner truly was a blessing. Trying to navigate the confusing world of real estate on your own is virtually impossible these days and having Kelly by our side to show us the way literally opened up doors we may never have seen before. A couple of words come to mind when I think of Kelly Deschamp. The first would have to be perseverance! It can be a bit of a roller coaster ride trying to find that perfect home and more than likely you're bound to have some rejections or some "not in time" moments. Even when the chips didn't fall in our favor Kelly's motivation and her enthusiasm never faltered. Her genuine smile always lifted us up and she always kept working hard on our behalf to get us showings catered to our needs, some later in the evening when it was convenient around our schedules. Kelly truly puts the needs of her clients before her own and that's something that has to be really appreciated in this day and age. The other word that immediately comes to mind is knowledgeable. No matter what the question, and believe me my wife and I had many, she was always right there to guide us in the right direction. I can't tell you how beneficial and refreshing it was having Kelly's knowledge base to rely on. Her experience as a seasoned real estate agent really is unrivaled and there's no question I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for that perfect place to call home. Thank you Kelly! You found my family more than just a place to live, you found my wife, my son and I the perfect home. We truly couldn't have done it without youJ You've definitely found lifelong clients with us!
