So, I have been asked to write a blog. I've put this off enough times, that I have even been temporarily suspended from my privileges , for not doing it, more than once as a matter of fact. OOPS! The thing is writing is not the problem for me. Never having done this, is the problem. Fear. Never doing a "blog" and being newer to the real estate industry; what could I possibly have to say? I got to thinking, doesn't fear drive us a lot of times? More than it should? While fear is defined in a few different ways, the one of worrying about something and especially of the unknowns are usually the culprits. The unknown is the biggest. Will my house sell? How much is my house worth? What can I afford? Will I get a loan? Who do I use to help me with the sell and purchase of my home? Do I need an attorney? Should I use a bank or a mortgage company? What happens at a closing? What type of loans are there? The questions can go on and on and on for the the sell or purchase of a home. Let's dispel these fears. Seeing as I'm to do these regularly, these "blogs", I'm going to count this one as my first one and I will pick a question or two for each of my required blogs. Stay tuned: the fear of buying or selling a home dispelled by Suzanne Winiecki, EXIT Real Estate Partners, coming soon. In the meantime, give me a holler if you would like these fears addressed sooner, 630-344-9212.

"Andy and I wanted to thank you again for a great job! You were so helpful and easy to work with, not to mention so on top of things, it really helped us out and made this process of buying a house go smoothly. Also, thank you so much for the basket full of really useful things and goodies. Thomas loves the ball and truck. I can't think of one thing we have not already used (especially the gift card to Home Depot!). Just wanted you to know that what you did for us, definitely did not go unnoticed
